SMS-Singleton Moore Sign Co Pty Limited – Kirrawee NSW We are seeking a skilled Digital Print Operator to take ownership of our print room operations. This is a critical role where your expertise and attention to detail will directly impact the quality and success of every project we deliver. As our Digital Print Operator, you will operate digital printers (Mutoh Experjet 1641 SR Pro, Mutoh Expertjet 661UF, Mutoh Expertjet 1462 UF) and manage the complete print production workflow. You will work independently with minimal supervision, troubleshoot production challenges, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining our quality standards. What You Will Be Doing Operating digital printers (Mutoh Experjet 1641 SR Pro, Mutoh Expertjet 661UF, Mutoh Expertjet 1462 UF and Vertelith Rip Software). Managing complete print production from file preparation through to finishing and lamination. Conducting pre and post-production quality assurance checks and proofing for errors. Operating plotters, laser engravers, CWT tables, laminators and power tools. Reading and interpreting work orders, production drawings and technical specifications. Performing routine maintenance, adjustments and reporting on machinery condition. Managing multiple projects simultaneously while prioritising workflow efficiently. Maintaining stock levels for print media, inks and consumables. Keeping accurate records and file management for completed jobs. Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workspace in accordance with WHS standards. What We're Looking For Proven experience operating digital print equipment with strong attention to detail and quality focus. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and RIP software (Vertelith or similar), plus ability to undertake basic design work. Strong problem‑solving and time‑management skills with ability to manage multiple projects independently. Physically capable of standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting items over 25kg. Highly Desirable Experience with wide format and flat bed printers, lamination and a signage industry background. What We Offer Supportive team environment. Varied and interesting projects.
