We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable and well-established Melbourne construction company delivering high-quality multi‑residential projects who are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their delivery team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a stable builder known for strong systems, excellent workmanship, and a supportive site culture. Role Representing our client, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, monitor site progress, and uphold the builder’s commitment to quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily site activities and ensure efficient workflow Coordinate trades, subcontractors, materials, and inspections Enforce OH&S procedures and maintain a safe work environment Conduct quality checks, defect management, and compliance reviews Maintain site documentation, diaries, inductions, and toolbox talks Reporting directly to the Senior Site Manager and liaising with Project Managers, consultants, and relevant stakeholders What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on multi‑residential projects Strong understanding of construction processes and site coordination Confident reading plans and managing multiple trades Solid knowledge of OH&S legislation and on‑site safety practices Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills A commitment to quality, teamwork, and problem‑solving Why This Opportunity?
