Responsibilities Provide strategic advice and support to enable effective establishment and ongoing management of collaborations and relationships with partners and stakeholders. Collaborate closely with Natural Ecosystems team members to scope, develop and manage partnership agreements. Liaise between partners and internal stakeholders to foster open communication and mutual understanding. Assess Natural Ecosystems partnerships for strategic value, alignment, effectiveness and learnings. Maintain broad sector knowledge and build strong, values‑aligned relationships and networks across enabling functions and multiple stakeholders. Qualifications Degree qualification or equivalent practical experience. Around 10 years’ experience working in the oceans, climate or biodiversity sectors, with a focus on delivering meaningful outcomes. Demonstrated success in an advisory role, offering guidance on internal processes and supporting effective decision‑making. Advanced digital skills, including proficiency with MS Office suite and experience with databases such as CRMs. Outstanding collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to unite diverse perspectives, build trusted relationships and negotiate effectively with partners and stakeholders to drive impact and improve results.
