The Shamrock Hotel, located in the heart of historic Echuca, Vic is currently seeking a fully qualified cook/chef for a full time position with an immediate start. The Shamrock Hotel Echuca has been catering to locals and tourist since 1864 and continues to be an industry leader in the Goulburn Valley. Requirements Have 3 years of verifiable experience. Be capable of working the larder, pans, and fryer sections. Being able to work grill is a plus. Have experience in modern Australian casual cuisine.
