HR Driver – Waste Collection & Street Cleaning (Night Shift) Location: Osborne Park Pay Rate: $45 per hour plus penalties Work Type: Night Shift | Council Role Benefits 9-day fortnight Stable, ongoing night‑shift council work Competitive pay rate of $45 p/h Work with a supportive team and modern fleet Local Osborne Park location Opportunity to expand skills across multiple plant and equipment types About the Role We are seeking an experienced Waste Collection & Street Cleaning Operator to join our council operations team in Osborne Park. This night‑shift role involves operating a variety of waste‑collection vehicles, plant and equipment to maintain the cleanliness and safety of public areas. Key Responsibilities Operate and drive a 3‑axle waste collection truck and compactor Operate street‑cleaning machinery including: Street cleaning machines Water truck Drive and operate a range of additional waste and cleaning equipment, including: Road sweeper Footpath sweeper Steam cleaner ute High‑pressure cleaning ute High‑pressure footpath cleaner Front‑end loader Maintain safe and compliant work practices in line with: Council policies and procedures Relevant legislation Record‑keeping and reporting requirements About You HR Licence (mandatory) White Card (mandatory) Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain) Experience operating waste collection or street‑cleaning equipment Reliable and able to work night shifts Strong safety awareness and compliance mindset Physically fit and capable of manual tasks Able to work autonomously and within a team How to Apply Click Apply Now and submit your resume.
