National, family-owned business operating in 5 locations across Australia. Full training and support provided. Discounted products Key Responsibilities: Establish relationships with customers through excellent communication skills. Efficiently handle a variety of tasks, including customer calls, processing orders, and collaborating with internal departments. Maintain a professional demeanor, even in high-pressure situations, and provide creative solutions to customer issues. Thrive both independently and as part of a team. To be successful in this role you will demonstrate: Great communication skills with exceptional phone manner. A true people person, outgoing and bubbly personality with a knack for helping others. Ability to work under pressure, multitask and think out of the box. Exceptional pride in your presentation. Experience within a customer service role in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
