Overview Head of Cyber Solutions – Australia Lead our Cyber Solutions practice for Australia. Work collaboratively across our broader Specialties Solutions segment to drive growth and deliver risk advisory and broking services. Set and execute Aon’s Cyber Risk strategy for Australia. Role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne. About Aon The Cyber Solutions team is an integral part of Aon’s Specialty Solutions business, comprising two streams that provide risk consulting and insurance risk transfer to clients across Financial Services, Global Corporate and National sectors. Cyber is a key part of our client value proposition and represents ongoing growth and opportunity. What you will do You are responsible for the overall growth of the Cyber practice in Australia, including new client acquisition, growth of existing clients, and identifying organic and inorganic growth opportunities across segments. Key responsibilities : Take ownership of the Cyber Insurance and Cyber Risk consulting services pipeline Lead and manage the conversion of identified new business targets for cyber insurance and consulting Prepare and present proposals to clients for risk consulting and/or insurance Own the Cyber content in tender proposals and participate in tender pitches Engage with insurers to maximise offerings and contribute to the incident response panel Deliver insurance risk transfer solutions through strong insurer connectivity and broker negotiations Lead the team to execute and manage Cyber Risk consulting services, including cyber incident readiness assessments, threat simulations, resilience evaluations and risk profiling Work with stakeholders to ensure awareness of cyber risk exposures and the value of Aon’s offerings Promote and deliver Aon’s Cyber Risk Analyser and other data analytics tools Drive operational efficiencies and support digital transformation via data utilisation and innovation, including Aon digital tools (AI, Analysers) Skills and experience Experience engaging with senior executives and building relationships with media and clients Excellent written and oral communication skills and high-standard presentations Strong time management and ability to work in a high-pressure professional environment Strong work ethic and teamwork orientation In-depth knowledge and experience in the Cyber risk space (IT security, legal, fraud, risk accounting or compliance backgrounds) Exposure to P&L management Confidence presenting to Boards and C-suite executives on cyber resilience and risk prevention strategies Support for colleagues We offer a comprehensive benefits package in a diverse, agile, inclusive environment that supports wellbeing and work/life balance.
