In this mixed generalist role, you’ll work alongside experienced and supportive speech pathologists, delivering diverse and meaningful services across a range of settings. About the role Based primarily in Singleton, this role offers a rewarding mix of assessment and intervention for swallowing and communication disorders across the lifespan. You’ll work with both adults and children across inpatient, outpatient and community settings, giving you the chance to grow and refine your skills in a truly varied caseload. You’ll also contribute to mentoring and supporting other team members and be actively involved in quality improvement projects that enhance how we deliver our service. You’ll be supported with regular clinical supervision, a strong professional network, and access to professional development opportunities relevant to your role and career goals. About you You’re a motivated, adaptable speech pathologist who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients. You enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and carers. You are confident managing a busy, varied generalist caseload and bring strong clinical skills, sound judgement, and a positive, solutions-focused attitude. You’re keen to keep learning, share your knowledge with others, and contribute to a supportive and collaborative team culture. Requirements Must hold a bachelor or postgraduate degree in speech pathology which provides eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer.
