Cyber Awareness and Governance Manager

The Cyber Awareness and Governance Manager is responsible for developing implementing and maintaining a comprehensive cyber awareness program. This role aims to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices promote a culture of security and reduce the risk of cyber threats through effective training and communication strategies. Additional responsibilities include undertaking tasks and projects as determined by the Group Manager Information Security. You will make an impact by : Developing and delivering engaging cyber security awareness training programs for all employees. Create and distribute educational materials including newsletters posters and online content to promote cyber security awareness. Managingregular phishing simulations and other security exercises to assess and improve employee awareness. Collaboratingwith IT and security teams to identify and address emerging cyber threats and vulnerabilities. Monitoringand report on the effectiveness of the cyber awareness program making recommendations for improvements. Staying up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends threats and best practices. Organisingand participate in cyber security events workshops and seminars. Providingsupport and guidance to employees on cyber security-related issues and inquiries. Managingkey cyber security partners to deliver key outcomes. To be successful in this role You will have : A strong sense of motivation and curiosity with a keen interest in learning and solving problems Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships Sharp attention to detail and a thorough approach to tasks A proven record of delivering cyber security training programmes Experience presenting and delivering training to groups of people Strong understanding of cyber security principles threats and best practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to create engaging and informative training materials. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Qualifications : Cyber-Security related certificate or experience Bachelors degree in Information Security Computer Science Learning & Development or a related field or equivalent experience Additional Information : Why Join Epworth At Epworth its a community.
