2 Roles - Signage Customer Service & Graphic Designer Customer Service / Account Manager - Are you a driven and customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering high-quality signage solutions? Lumad Group Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced Print and Signage Sales / Customer Service professional or someone who has been on the tools and wants to transition into an office role, to join our growing team. Graphic Designer - Signage We’re seeking a versatile and highly organised Graphic Designer with proven experience in the signage industry to join our team. In this role, you’ll produce visually engaging and technically precise artwork (pre-pressed) ready for production. These are hands‑on roles with lots of variety for someone who understands how to turn client ideas into reality — from the first conversation to the final installation. If you have a solid background in signage production or print or graphic design in the signage industry and thrive in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment, we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Be Doing: Customer Service / Account Manager Managing client enquiries, preparing detailed quotes, and coordinating projects from concept to completion Working closely with our design and production teams to ensure quality and deadlines are met Building and maintaining long‑term relationships with new and existing customers Providing practical advice and solutions based on your industry knowledge Supporting day‑to‑day operations to keep projects running efficiently What You’ll Be Doing: Graphic Designer - Signage Create and prepare artwork using Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). Develop signage designs aligned with client briefs, brand guidelines and production requirements. Prepare and pre‑flight production‑ready files for print, CNC routing and other fabrication processes. Conduct proofing and quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency and visual impact. Manage your own schedule and deadlines across concurrent projects. Collaborate with Project Managers and Production Teams to ensure smooth workflow and on‑time delivery. Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to ensure design feasibility and material compatibility. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 5 years experience in signage , print , or a related trade preferred. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. A proactive, hands‑on attitude and the ability to think on your feet.
