Role Description We’re looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Commercial Account Manager to join our growing Commercial team in Queensland. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing key relationships across the Queensland building and development industry — including builders, developers, and merchants. You’ll combine strategic account management with hands‑on customer support, helping drive sales, increase market share and strengthen our presence in the commercial appliance space. If you’re commercially minded, customer‑focused, and ready to take ownership of a portfolio in a fast‑growing business, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Manage and grow relationships with key Queensland commercial customers, including builders, developers, and merchants. Identify and secure new business opportunities across the building industry. Develop and execute account plans in line with company objectives. Conduct product training and presentations for customer teams. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Product) to ensure smooth execution. Analyse market trends and sales performance to support forecasting and strategy. Meet and exceed sales and margin targets. What You’ll Bring Strong skills in Account Management and Sales, with experience in fostering client relationships and meeting revenue targets. 3+ years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, or Account Management. Experience within the appliance, building, or construction industry (preferred). Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Current Australian driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
