Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to oversee the efficient daily operations of their warehouse facilities. This would start as a casual position with the opportunity to transition to a permanent position. In this pivotal role, you will manage the movement of goods from the warehouse to the factory floor, ensuring timely deliveries, high inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety standards. Acting as a key support to the Distribution Manager, you will lead and develop a high‑performing team, optimise warehouse processes, and uphold their commitment to operational excellence. Opportunity for a permanent position Key Responsibilities Organise and supervise the transportation and delivery of raw materials and finished goods both internally and externally Lead a team of material handlers to ensure smooth logistics flow from warehouse to manufacturing Manage warehouse operations and personnel to deliver high standards of response times, inventory accuracy, and quality Collaborate with the customer service team across Australia to optimise order‑to‑delivery lead times Ensure all regulatory and compliance measures are adhered to Support health & safety initiatives alongside the Distribution Manager, fostering a safe work environment Coach, train, and mentor new team members as required Requirements Certification or degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (highly regarded) Proficient in IT systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office applications Proven experience in warehouse management, including inventory control and cycle counting Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high‑performing teams Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise, and meet targets Adaptability and experience working within a fast‑paced, global, matrixed environment is advantageous If you think this could be the role for you then please apply now Or, if you have any questions please contact Amy Heffernan from Fuse Recruitment on .
