Truck Drivers -HR Local & Country NSW, HC & MC Local, Country & Interstate We are seeking experienced HR, HC & MC Truck Drivers to join our team at Winston Express Haulage. Based in St Marys, NSW. These full‑time positions will see HR Drivers delivering freight to locations across local and regional NSW and HC & MC drivers delivering freight to locations across local, regional NSW and interstate. As a key member of our transport team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of goods for our diverse client base. What you'll be doing Safely operate heavy rigid curtainsided and flattop vehicles to deliver freight to customers across the Sydney metro area and country New South Wales Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inspections, and any issues encountered Assist with loading and unloading goods / manual handling at pickup and delivery points (Some of our work involves manual handling of items that are approx 20kg) Adhere to all relevant road transport regulations and company policies Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and other stakeholders Perform routine vehicle inspections and reporting of any issues What we're looking for A valid HR (Heavy Rigid), HC (Heavy Combination) or MC (Multi Combination) driver's licence Proven experience as a truck driver in the road transport industry, ideally 2+ years Able to secure freight using straps and angles and dogs and chains Excellent driving skills and a commitment to safe driving practices Good knowledge of the Sydney metro area Strong time management and problem‑solving abilities Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Understanding of road transport regulations and compliance requirements Possess a Work Diary and be able to use it Able to “pass” a driving test and company medical with drug and alcohol testing Checkable References and RMS Licence Printout What we offer At Winston Express Haulage, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
