APA Group Kidman Park, South Australia, Australia Demand and Capacity Support Officer APA Group is looking for a Demand and Capacity Support Officer to join our Networks team facility operations at Kidman Park SA, Thomastown VIC, or Eagle Farm QLD on a fixed‑term contract until June 2026. The role reports to the Demand & Capacity Planning Manager and supports Networks Planning & Scheduling. Key Responsibilities Support Planning & Scheduling activities to ensure safety and efficiency of the Networks operation in compliance with industry regulations. Assist with processing and appropriate responses to customer complaints. Liaise with supervisors on planning and coordination of planned maintenance and emergency works. Dispatch and maintain records for work orders not managed in Salesforce in line with capacity constraints. Ensure all shift and capacity information is accurate for both internal and external field resources. Your Background Strong experience in a comparable administration role. Effective communication, Salesforce, and customer service skills. Experience in the gas or utilities industry desirable. Maximo or similar works management systems expertise. Ability to work well in a team environment and build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong adaptability to changing demands and priorities. About the Team Networks manages and operates local distribution networks and transmission pipelines that deliver gas to around 1.4 million households and businesses across Australia. The team is expanding with projects like biogas, hydrogen and the 2032 Olympics, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement toward Net Zero.
