Base pay range A$120,000.00/yr - A$130,000.00/yr Joining a household name, to take ownership of all end to end CRM & Loyalty activity for a portfolio of some of Australia's most iconic brands, trading around the world, with a hugely loyal customer database. 1 day WFH, Flexi-Working Hours & endless employee benefits Global scope, working across some of Australia's most iconic brands Reporting directly to the Head of Digital, working within a stellar team The Role: End to end management of all CRM & Loyalty activity, across data analysis, customer journey planning, Email, SMS & Web campaigns, and the over arching customer lifecycle, to drive customer engagement & retention. You will have a deep data-driven focus, developing out and executing targeted initiatives, strengthen customer Loyalty, working alongside the rest of the high-performing Digital & eCommerce team and across all global markets. A solid background in technical CRM roles, owning end to end strategic development Demonstrated experience with managing Customer Data platforms, with exposure to multiple CRM systems, such as Salesforce, Klaviyo, Emarsys, Yotpo or similar Deep data segmentation experience & the ability to analyse large data sets, database sizes & present actionable insights A passion for living & breathing data A strong commercial mindset and the ability to work cohesively with the wider Marketing, Digital & eCommerce team to deliver a strong brand identity & tone of voice across all channels Strong experience with A/B Testing, driving innovation & a test & learn mentality Experience in Retail or eCommerce would be highly regarded, but definitely not essential The Benefits: The opportunity to join one of Australia's most iconic brands, with a hugely loyal, global following 1 day WFH flexibility, as well as a centrally located, state-of-the-art, beautiful office space with flexi-working hours Working within an advanced, super high-performing Marketing & Digital function, with stellar mentorship and leadership Be part of the next phase of international growth & expansion, for an iconic brand with a growing global audience Strong product discounts & allowances, additional birthday leave, and a highly innovative, forward thinking & passionate company culture Excited?
