Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group providing high-capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. We operate a fleet of aircraft from our base at Perth Airport. We specialise in mining industry support regional airline services routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying. Join Network Aviation as the Coordinator Safety Systems reporting to the Manager Safety Systems. You will be a key member of a dynamic Safety Team responsible for supporting and coordinating compliance with Group Integrated Management System across operational safety quality WHS environment and security. This role involves close collaboration with safety business partners to uphold safety standards, monitor and report on the Safety Management System using a data-driven approach and promote safety initiatives and training across the business. You will engage with stakeholders to support SMS processes, assist with safety administration tasks such as daily report tracking and meeting preparation and carry out additional responsibilities as directed by the Manager Safety Systems and other Safety Managers. What you’ll bring to the role: A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Strong time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks. Experience in compiling documentation such as procedures and reports. Confident in public speaking including delivering safety training sessions to both internal and external stakeholders. Tertiary qualifications in safety are highly regarded. Previous experience in airline operational safety systems is desirable. Demonstrated analytical skills including sound judgement in interpreting data and drawing meaningful conclusions. Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across various teams and departments. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive rapport and trust across all levels of the organisation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with colleagues senior leaders and external stakeholders.
