Responsibilities Washing crockery, cutlery and glassware using commercial dishwashers Washing cooking equipment and tools Completing daily cleaning of the kitchens Assist with the set up and pack down of buffets and banquets as required Work with the team to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times. Attention to detail is essential.
