Technical Business Analyst – One Identity Kaizen Global Technologies | Employment: Permanent | Location: Melbourne / Sydney, Australia (Hybrid) | Eligibility: Eligible to work in Australia (Citizen, PR, Valid Visa holders) Experience: 5+ years. Role requires strong technical and analytical skills, deep understanding of IAM and role‑based access control. Key Responsibilities Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements related to IAM initiatives Work closely with IAM architects, engineers, and security teams to support solution design and implementation Perform role engineering activities, including role definition, optimization, and access modeling Analyze and manage generic/shared accounts and access governance requirements Support access management integrations including SSO , Entra ID (Azure AD) , Active Directory , and ISAM Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria Maintain documentation using Confluence and manage requirements and workflows in JIRA Support UAT planning, execution, and defect management Ensure IAM solutions align with security, compliance, and audit requirements Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong technical exposure Strong understanding of the IAM domain (One Identity / 1IM preferred) Excellent knowledge of role‑based access control (RBAC) and role engineering Good understanding of generic/shared accounts and access governance Fair understanding of Access Management technologies including: SSO Active Directory ISAM Hands‑on experience with JIRA and Confluence Please drop your CV to: Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
