Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We're working with a major organisation delivering a high‑profile capital programme and looking for Assistant Quantity Surveyors (internally known as Assistant Commercial Managers) to join their expanding commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience, learn from seasoned professionals, and build the foundations of a successful career in commercial management. The Role You’ll support the commercial team across all stages of the project lifecycle, including : Assisting with cost management, procurement, and contract administration Helping prepare budgets, estimates, and tender documents Monitoring project costs and progress, flagging risks and opportunities Developing your knowledge of NEC contracts and frameworks Collaborating with project teams and contractors to ensure value and compliance About You recently completed a Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related qualification Detail‑oriented, keen to learn, and a confident communicator Some industry exposure is a bonus but not essential – enthusiasm and potential matter most.
