What You’ll Do Assist skilled technicians in performing structural and cosmetic repairs on Tesla vehicles using Tesla‑specific procedures Reassemble vehicle panels and components to factory standards — returning cars to a like‑new condition Test and inspect vehicles to ensure repairs meet Tesla’s uncompromising safety and quality standards Detail, clean, and polish vehicles to perfection before customer delivery Collaborate with a passionate, high‑performing team committed to excellence What We’re Looking For 1+ year of experience in automotive labouring, assembly, or similar hands‑on roles A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team‑first mindset Reliability, curiosity, and a drive to learn in a fast‑paced environment Basic computer skills and comfort with technology Why Tesla?
