About the Role As a Graduate Social Worker , you will: Deliver high-quality social work services to optimise patient health outcomes across inpatient and outpatient settings. Rotate through diverse clinical areas, gaining experience in assessment, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary care. Work under direct clinical supervision while developing confidence and competence in managing complex cases. Participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement activities, and research initiatives. Contribute to training and support for students and allied health assistants. About You You are an enthusiastic and compassionate early‑career professional who is ready to learn and contribute. You bring: A degree in Social Work with eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
