The role is suitable for a recent graduate or a newcomer seeking to join private practice. Overview The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced team advising clients on a wide range of financing and restructuring matters. You will assist on high-profile transactions including corporate and acquisition finance, property and construction finance, and distressed debt‐investments and corporate turnarounds. No requirement for a commerce or insolvency background. Under the guidance of experienced lawyers, you will support the team in preparing legal documents, conducting research, attending client meetings, and learning the structuring and negotiation of complex financial and corporate transactions. This graduate role is part of a cohort across Melbourne and Sydney offices. Practical Legal Training (PLT) will be provided, together with our exceptional in‑house graduate training program.
