Senior Recruitment Consultant | Cyber Security | Decipher Bureau Join a newly established cyber function within a forward‑looking public organisation driving large‑scale technology transformation. Key Responsibilities Think of this role as a dynamic, all‑round Senior SecOps position where you’ll genuinely make an impact. You’ll wear multiple hats – from leading responsive security work and contributing to engineering initiatives, to partnering closely with an engaged MSP and working side‑by‑side with the CISO and wider operations team. It’s a chance to have real ownership, variety, and visibility across the entire security function. You will be the individual for all round Sec Ops in a small but experienced team, which has plans to grow going in 2026. Be the go‑to for escalated incidents Monitor threat intelligence feeds Threat hunting Maintain and manage security tools What do we need from you? (Ideally) 5+ years of experience in security operations or a related cybersecurity role Strong understanding of security technologies and operational processes Exposure to Microsoft Stack such as Microsoft Defender Familiar with Cloud Security (either AWS or Azure) Strong experience with SIEM, endpoint protection, identity and access management, privileged access management, vulnerability management, zero trust tools, firewalls and cloud security tools Why This Role Work closely with a highly supportive CISO who actively encourages ongoing training and professional development.
