VP of Client Services | Data Centres | Australia | Singapore | APAC SP Data Centres is seeking an experienced Construction EHS Manager to join us as an external consultant, overseeing high-risk activities across three major projects in Melbourne on a part time basis. Role Overview As a senior EHS manager, you will be responsible for ensuring safety compliance, cultural change, and operational excellence across multiple data centre projects. Commitment 2 days per week for the first 3–4 months 3 days per week thereafter Scope Oversee general contractors, lease providers, and sub-contractors Ensure alignment with our customers’ global minimum standards Drive cultural change and embed safety-first practices Key Responsibilities Manage and engage with key stakeholders across multiple projects Focus on high-risk activities and ensure robust controls are in place Implement management systems and compliance frameworks Provide training and guidance to the supply chain for specialist support Ensure adherence to local legislation and industry best practices About You We’re looking for a seasoned professional who brings: Strong background in construction EHS management Proven experience in managing complex, high-risk projects Knowledge of construction practices, ideally with data centre exposure Ability to influence, train, and guide diverse stakeholders A proactive mindset with a passion for safety and cultural change Why Join Us?
