THE ROLE The Kimberley Nature Projects (KNP) Manager oversees a diverse team project officers and ecologists delivering fire, ferals, wetlands, coastal monitoring, threatened species, and citizen science initiatives across the Kimberley. Youll lead program planning, staff support, operational delivery, MEL, and cross-team collaboration, ensuring our projects reflect best-practice conservation science, Indigenous knowledge systems, and EKs strategic priorities. A key part of this role is nurturing strong partnerships with Traditional Owners, ranger groups, community organisations and scientific collaborators, ensuring work on Country is culturally grounded, respectful and impactful.
