Broome Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (BRAMS) is a long-established Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation , supporting the Broome community for over 40 years through culturally safe primary healthcare, aged care, and community programs across the Kimberley. This is a pivotal Executive Assistant to the CEO role, supporting governance, strategy, and executive operations. You’ll work closely with the CEO and Board, providing high-level, trusted support to help drive BRAMS’ vision of Healthy People – Strong Community – Bright Future . About the Role As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will: Manage the CEO’s diary, travel, meetings and briefings Coordinate Board and governance processes , including meetings and minutes Track strategic initiatives and executive priorities Prepare correspondence, reports and executive documentation Maintain corporate records and compliance documentation Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO Provide Secretariat support and ensure follow‑up on executive actions Click “Apply” to access the full Position Description.
