We're Hiring: TMI and Traffic Controllers As a vital member of our team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient flow of traffic while contributing to major infrastructure projects that make a difference. We offer the chance to work alongside industry leaders committed to raising the standard of traffic management and safety. Key Responsibilities Direct traffic for works and events using Stop/Slow Bat Implement and monitor traffic management plans Perform vehicle pre-start checks, load/unload signage, and equipment Complete necessary documentation and hazard assessments Report hazards and near misses promptlyMaintain safety standards for workers, pedestrians, cyclists, and the public Work closely with team leaders, foremen, and auditors to ensure best practices are followed Skills & Experience Essential: QLD TC – Traffic Control License Highly Desirable: QLD TMI – Traffic Management Implementation License Valid driver’s license and reliable transport Flexible availability for day, night, and weekend shifts Basic computer skills Strong communication skills with a focus on safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Choose Altus Group?
