The Role As a full-time Receptionist with us you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. Your friendly and professional demeanour will be crucial in creating a positive first impression and fostering a comfortable atmosphere within the practice. managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, handling administrative tasks, and supporting our dental team in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. You Prior experience as a Receptionist in the dental industry is ideal. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to interact effectively with patients and team members. Display a high level of professionalism, maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanour even during busy periods. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail. Proficiency in using basic computer software such as MS Office and the ability to learn new software systems. Demonstrate a compassionate and understanding approach towards patients, making them feel at ease. What can we offer you?
