Forklift Drivers Wanted

An amazing opportunity has arisen for forklift operators to join our client, an Australian leader in transportation and delivery services, on a casual basis at their Welshpool facility.

The role is Monday - Friday with 3 shift times available, 12.30 - 8.20pm, 6.00pm - 1.50am, or 8.15pm - 4.00am on competitive hourly rate of $37.78 (inclusive of casual loading)

About your new role:

• Loading and unloading the cages of parcels from trucks
• Loading cages of parcels into storage bays in the yard
• Also working within the warehouse - lifting a metal cage with the forklift, to then turn the cage upside down and empty the parcels into the shoot for sorting

About you:

• LF ticket with 6+ months experience operating
• Rights to work within Australia: Australian Citizens and Permanent residents are encouraged to apply
• Ability to undergo and pass a Drug and Alcohol screen
• Have a current National Police Clearance valid within 6 months or willing to obtain one
• Confident verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Flexible with working additional hours if required
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
