Role & Responsibilities Maintain our fleet of buses to the highest safety and operational standards. Ensure the delivery of clean, safe, and comfortable transport for the community. Conduct thorough safety inspections and compliance checks. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical issues. Perform preventive maintenance to meet roadworthy standards. Collaborate with a skilled team to maintain service efficiency. Previous experience working with buses (desirable but not essential). Qualified mechanics with a strong work ethic, technical proficiency, and a commitment to excellence. About You Recognised Australian mechanical trade qualification with demonstrated hands‑on experience. Minimum of a Medium Rigid (MR) class driver’s licence or higher. Proficiency in basic computer applications and a collaborative, proactive approach to work. Strong commitment to workplace health and safety standards. Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform effectively in a high‑pressure environment. Ability to meet pre‑employment requirements, including a medical assessment and National Police Clearance . Why Swan Transit?
