Their Australian-based investment and asset management team (c.20 professionals) oversees both greenfield and operating assets across APAC and globally. The Opportunity We are seeking a senior Associate Director / Director to play a key role within the core infrastructure transactions and asset management team. This position will focus on the active management and value realisation of established core and core-plus assets—driving transaction processes, enhancing performance through board participation, and supporting strategic capital recycling initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute transaction processes for mature core and core-plus assets, including preparation, diligence coordination, investor engagement and negotiation. Represent the fund on portfolio company boards, contributing to governance, strategy, and operational improvement initiatives. Partner with asset management and investment professionals globally to optimise portfolio performance and implement value-accretive strategies. Oversee external advisors across legal, financial, and technical workstreams through the deal lifecycle. Contribute to internal valuation, performance reporting, and capital planning. About You 9–15 years' experience in infrastructure investment, asset management, or investment banking (Infrastructure focus). Demonstrated capability to independently run a full sell-side or buy-side process. Strong understanding of financial modelling, valuation, and transaction structuring. Experience working across core and core-plus infrastructure (transport, utilities, energy, or social infrastructure). Confident boardroom presence and ability to influence key stakeholders.
