What you'll be doing : Walking into your Albany ELC, you’ll smile, as the early morning sun shines over our sustainable veggie patch. When the door opens, you’ll smell the fresh home‑style meals and feel the community spirit, catch up with your fabulous colleagues and your special little ones. You’ll be encouraging them to grow socially, emotionally while instilling a love for learning. Your Room Leader will work with you to develop individualised programs while maintaining developmental records and keeping parents informed. Then at the end of your shift, you’ll walk out the door (smiling again) knowing the children are continuing to develop in body, mind, and spirit. You’ll be great in this role if you: Have infectious enthusiasm and passion in early years education and care Have a diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent (ACECQA approved) Understand the National Quality Framework & National Education & Care Services Regulations Previous experience in children services, developing or implementing programs for 0‑to‑5‑year‑olds.
