The Role:We are looking for a Store Manager
to join our team at our Glue Store
in Spencer Street
.
As Store Manager, you will lead, drive, develop and inspire your team to achieve overall success. You will be the first point of contact and will be expected to manage your team across all aspects of Store operations.
We are looking for the successful candidate to come into the business with experience, knowledge and passion to cultivate an overall stronger team and create the ultimate Glue experience.

As Store Manager, you will also be responsible, however not limited to the following duties & responsibilities:Lead by example to set management expectations across your TeamManage in-store Employee Relations such as grievances and performance managementTrain, mentor and coach Team Members to work towards goals and succession planningProblem solving and ability to provide solutionsProduce and analyse required financial reports – i.e. Payroll reportsRoster Management and payroll approvalManage Team ( Shop Floor & Back of House) to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and effective mannerProactive approach in loss prevention management i.e. stock shrinkageWork with the Visual Merchandising Team to ensure that all creative visions are applied within the storeDemonstrate a duty of care to Team Members, internal & external stakeholders by ensuring that the work environment is safe, healthy and fit for workEnsure that all tasks are completed by Team Members are in a safe mannerin accordance to Safe Work Practices and expectations are communicated to all Team MemberTo be successful in the role, you will have:Experienced and well- rounded retailer management experienceLeadership, motivator, and aspirational attributesHigh level of written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem solving and analytical skillsAbility to manage competing priorities, tasks and overall expectationsAdaptable and supportive approachA love for the Glue brand and cultureAffiliation with Accent Group Core values and “Make It Happen” attitudeAt Accent Group Limited we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and inclusion.
