Position Available Queenwood is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior School Classroom Teacher with a passion for teaching students from Kindergarten to Year 6. This is a temporary full‑time position covering a teacher on parental leave for Terms 1 and 2, 2026. As a valued member of our high‑performing Junior School team, the Junior School Classroom Teacher will work collaboratively with the Head of Junior School and colleagues to deliver engaging, high‑quality learning programs within a supportive and vibrant environment. We are looking for a passionate and adaptable educator committed to excellence in teaching and to fostering a culture of curiosity, engagement, and a genuine love of learning. The successful candidate will be a strong classroom practitioner who promotes student engagement, academic achievement, and positive learning behaviours. Experience and passion for teaching students across Kindergarten to Year 6 is essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the NSW curriculum, intellectual rigour, strong IT skills, collegiality, and the ability to extend and enrich students’ learning.
