What You’ll Do Coordinate the development, implementation, and ongoing management of Santos Foundation’s Community programs in the greater Darwin region. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure community programs are delivered according to set strategy, budgets and timelines. Manage travel to remote communities as required. Lead the implementation of agreed Community programmes. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal, external and First Nations’ stakeholders and communities, ensuring respectful and culturally sensitive engagement and protocol adherence. Manage program budgets and ensure accurate and timely forecasts. Explore new opportunities for third‑party funding and/or new programmes that align with Santos Foundation strategic direction and community needs. What You’ll Bring Program planning, coordination, implementation and reporting experience. Experience in program budgeting and monitoring. Demonstrated experience working respectfully with First Nations’ communities. Strong communication and community engagement skills. Valid driver’s licence. Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and obtain a Working with Children Check. Ideally, you will have delivered successful local First Nations community programmes in remote regions and are comfortable in building and developing relationships that will enable the Santos Foundation to make a positive impact in the greater Darwin region.
