Based in Melbourne, we are committed to delivering precision and excellence in every project. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Stair Installer role located in Campbellfield, VIC. The Stair Installer will be responsible for safely and accurately installing a variety of stair designs, including timber, balustrade, and steel stairs. Day-to-day tasks will involve interpreting architectural drawings, assembling and fitting staircases, utilizing appropriate tools, ensuring high-quality finishes, and maintaining a safe workspace. Collaboration with team members and adherence to project timelines are key aspects of this role. Qualifications Experience in stair installation, construction, or carpentry Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications Proficiency in tools and materials relevant to timber, balustrade, and steel stair installation Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality finishes Good organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines Understanding of workplace safety regulations and procedures Physical stamina and ability to work in a hands‑on, on‑site environment Prior experience in construction or manufacturing industries is advantageous Additional Information Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Rataul Stairs by 2x.
