You’ll be a key player in the daily operations at the Nautica Bar & Kitchen which offers modern Australian food. You’ll help deliver high-quality food across the restaurant, IRD and Breakfast for the hotel while maintaining standards, food safety and a great guest experience. Skills & Experience 1+ years of experience as a commis chef working in hotels, restaurants or bistros. Experience working on different sections of the kitchen is ideal, but we can train you. Passion for cooking good food and working breakfast or dinner shifts. Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and WH&S practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow kitchen procedures. Passion for food preparation and willingness to learn across all kitchen areas. Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a professional attitude.
