HEAVY DIESEL MECHANIC / FITTER (GENERAL) About Us We are a fast-growing crane hire and lifting services company based in Busselton, WA. Our fleet includes mobile cranes, trucks, service vehicles and rigging equipment, supported by an on-site mechanical workshop. As our fleet continues to grow, we are seeking a qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic / Fitter to join our team. The Role You will maintain, repair and overhaul our crane fleet and heavy vehicles to ensure safety, reliability and compliance with Australian Standards. This is a hands‑on workshop position with some field work as required. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic and structural faults on mobile cranes Perform scheduled servicing, inspections and preventative maintenance Servicing of all Fleet vehicles and equipment Troubleshoot engine, drivetrain and electrical faults Maintain accurate service records and defect reports Support WHS compliance and safe workshop practices Skills & Experience Trade qualification (Cert III Mechanical Engineering / Fitting & Machining / Diesel Mechanics) Minimum 3 years experience with heavy plant or crane equipment Strong hydraulic and mechanical diagnostics skills Ability to work independently and as part of a small team HR licence and high‑risk work licences desirable What We Offer Long‑term full‑time role in a stable regional business Well‑equipped workshop and supportive management Training and upskilling opportunities Apply Now Please click Apply or email your resume to: **********@slewwest.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
