Your Impact 1House is Asahi Beverages’ in‑house creative agency, based in Melbourne. This is where social‑first ideas are brought to life for some of Australia’s most loved brands. As a Social Content Creator in 1House, you’ll work across brands including Great Northern Brewing Co, Woodstock and SOLO, creating culturally relevant content that’s native to social platforms and built to stop the scroll. You’ll oversee both user‑generated content and creative development for social campaigns, bringing ideas to life from concept through to post. This is a hands‑on role for someone who lives and breathes social, understands trends and culture, and knows how to adapt content and tone of voice across different brands. Working within a fast‑paced, collaborative in‑house creative environment, you’ll contribute energy, ownership, and creativity while delivering content that connects with audiences in meaningful and entertaining ways. This role is being offered on a fixed‑term basis through to September 2026. Key Responsibilities Create low‑fi, social‑first content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook Film and edit mobile‑led content using platform‑native tools Identify and respond to consumer and cultural trends relevant to each brand Adapt tone of voice and content style across different brands Occasionally feature in content as on‑camera talent where required Create and manage content calendars Publish organic content and support paid amplification Engage with social communities and respond in brand tone of voice Review content performance and provide learnings to inform optimisation Collaborate with creatives, strategists and project managers across 1House About You You are a social‑native content creator who understands what works on each platform and why. You are confident creating mobile‑first content, comfortable working at pace, and able to adapt across different brand voices. You Bring 1–2 years’ experience creating social content in a brand, agency or freelance environment Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Facebook formats Mobile filming and editing capability (CapCut or similar) Strong copywriting skills aligned to brand tone of voice A natural instinct for trends, timing and audience behaviour The ability to work independently and collaboratively A portfolio or examples of social content you have created Why Asahi Beverages?
