Concrete Collective and Excavation – Newcastle NSW We are a busy Newcastle-based concreting company looking for a highly experienced Concreter who can finish concrete properly, complete formwork, and tie steel without supervision. If you’re a solid finisher who takes pride in your work and wants steady, long-term employment, this role is for you. What You’ll Be Doing Concrete finishing to a high professional standard (screed, float, edge, broom, trowel) Complete formwork including set-out, boxing, and levels Residential and commercial concreting projects across Newcastle & surrounds Maintain safe, clean, and productive job sites What We Expect Proven experience as a concreter (not a labourer) Confident finisher — must know your trade Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and physically fit White Card (mandatory) Driver’s licence (preferred) What You Get Permanent full-time position $38–$50 per hour + super (based on experience) Consistent ongoing work – no down time Well‑organised jobs and solid crew Opportunity to step up into a leading role for the right person This Role Is NOT For You If You can’t finish concrete to a high standard Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
