Sustainability Consultant

We are looking to recruit a Sustainability Consultant based within our Melbourne or Sydney offices. Our Sustainability division brings together market insight, technical capability and strategic advice to design and deliver sustainability solutions that are commercially sound, technically robust and tailored to real estate realities. A results‑orientated and collaborative individual you will be able to demonstrate experience in assessing building performance from a sustainability perspective. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Assessing & certifying the environmental sustainability of office interior fitouts using Green Star Interiors and the WELL Building Standard Energy and Water Building Audits and Net Zero Carbon planning and reporting Sustainability strategy for organisations and real estate portfolios As the successful candidate you will be: Bachelor of Engineering (Mech/Elec), Sustainability, Architecture or similar Sustainability experience within the building sector Green Star Interiors and/or Buildings Accredited, experienced in evaluating energy efficiency, indoor environment quality, waste management, etc. Experience in Green Star Performance, WELL Building Standard, or NABERS would be an advantage What’s in it for you?
