About The Role We are looking for a Sales Support Officer to join the growing team. Part-time or Full-time hours available for the right candidate. Sunfam Admin Assistant is the first contact our clients have when they interact with Sunfam. This role supports the day-to-day operations of our sales and financial business, your expert customer service skills will operate as the backbone of the branch and support multiple departments in building lasting relationships with our clients. Responsibilities Providing expert administrative support across multiple teams and departments Answering phone calls and directing them appropriately Assisting with Accounts, Rebates and other financial tasks Creating promotional and marketing materials for the branch to actively promote the Sunfam/Elders brand Working closely with Sunfam management during end of month reporting Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events Assisting with expense management to ensure the branch is operating effectively About You Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative and results-focused working environment Are smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology Positive, motivated and a team player Have a keen eye for detail and a background in business administration Intermediate financial understanding Have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients Sound communication skills both verbally and written About Sunfam And Elders Sunfam, part of the Elders Group, is proud to be part of the last Australian-listed major agribusiness.
