Lykos Insurance are expanding We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our General Insurance team in Sydney. Responsibilities Manage and take responsibility for a sizeable and well-established portfolio Organise and attend client meetings Assist the company Director on larger accounts with underwriting information and marketing renewals Work strategically within a structured support system (debtors, in-house claims team, marketing, etc.) Strengthen relationships with underwriters and other suppliers Stay abreast of industry developments within the insurance market and clients’ industry sectors Contribute to team growth in a firm that values professional development and career ascension Qualifications Minimum 3+ years general insurance brokerage experience Experience with Steadfast platforms a bonus (e.g., Insight, SCTP) High autonomy and a self-starter mindset Professional presentation and diplomatic communication style to engage with a variety of stakeholders Industry Qualifications University degree or further industry qualifications are highly regarded.
