We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Podiatrist to step into a Team Leader role, or a Team Leader looking to transition from an existing team leader role. This position offers an exciting blend of clinical work, team mentorship, service development, and strategic influence – all within a multidisciplinary setting that truly values innovation and collaboration. Senior Podiatrist (Team Lead) – Private Practice – Mandurah What You’ll Do: Deliver advanced, evidence-based podiatric care across a diverse client base, including musculoskeletal, chronic disease, aged care, NDIS, and sports injury patients. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a growing podiatry team. Coordinate team workload, foster continuous learning, and champion service improvements. Develop and implement quality initiatives and clinical governance strategies. Engage with key internal and external stakeholders to support high-quality, integrated care. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 5 years of clinical podiatry experience, including extensive biomechanical assessment skills . Proven leadership experience – ideally in a Team Leader or Senior Clinician role. Demonstrated involvement in developing and implementing policies and procedures . Current AHPRA registration, First Aid/CPR, and professional indemnity insurance. Exceptional communication and time management skills. A proactive, values-driven approach to leadership, team culture, and client care. Why This Role?
