Program Coordinator – Student Services Branch Position: Program Coordinator – Student Services Division: Narrogin Senior High School – Independent Public School, Wheatbelt Education Region Salary: $137,428 – $150,385 per annum (pro‑rata) Work type: Fixed Term – Full Time (9 months, commencing Term 1, 2026) Location: Narrogin Closing date: 2025‑12‑10 The Role The Program Coordinator is a dynamic, strategic, proactive and hands‑on leader who works collaboratively with the Student Services team and Executive Team to develop, manage and deliver programs that support the school’s core values. The Coordinator will lead with cultural responsiveness and communicate with compassion and empathy. Key responsibilities include: Monitoring and reporting on student attendance, behaviour, social/emotional wellbeing, educational engagement and students at educational risk. Providing support to teachers and curriculum leaders in student wellbeing and working collaboratively to meet Standards Authority requirements through targeted intervention and student case‑management strategies. Building positive, professional relationships with students, staff, parents and stakeholders to ensure high‑quality outcomes.
