Chef The Finsbury Hotel Build Something from the Ground Up The Finsbury Hotel is ready to bring food back to the menu and were looking for a passionate Chef to help make it happen. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something new. Working closely with the Publican youll help design and deliver a small quality-driven menu that showcases great pub classics and simple crowd-pleasing dishes. Over time youll help grow the offering and shape the kitchen into something special for the local community. A day in the life of a Chef Develop and deliver a small fresh and consistent menu offering Work closely with the Publican to plan test and refine new dishes Maintain high standards of food safety cleanliness and presentation Manage stock levels ordering and basic kitchen administration Cook hands-on ensuring every plate meets venue standards Qualifications: About you Qualified or experienced chef / cook with a passion for great pub food Excited by the challenge of building a food offering from scratch Committed to consistency quality and compliance Organised and confident managing food safety and ordering Looking for a long-term opportunity (1224 months) to grow with the venue Create and Grow the Kitchen at The Finsbury Hotel The benefits are good too An exclusive discount card for our ALH Hotels pubs & accommodation BWS Dan Murphys and other Endeavour Group brands.
