About The Role You’ll play a critical role in supporting production activities and ensuring survey systems, processes and equipment are set up to best support the underground operations. Reporting to the Senior Underground Surveyor, you’ll be responsible for maintaining spatial control, capturing accurate data, and enabling safe, efficient mining through high-quality survey deliverables. Your Responsibilities Conduct underground surveys for development, production, and infrastructure Maintain and update the underground void model and survey control across mine and surface areas Accurately measure excavations and material movement, and produce high-standard survey plans and memos Assist with end-of-month reporting, development volumes, and stockpile reconciliation Monitor prisms in accordance with Ground Control Management Plans Maintain and calibrate survey equipment and vehicles Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory obligations Collaborate with technical services and underground leadership teams About You You’re a detail‑driven surveyor with underground mining experience and a strong technical foundation. You thrive in dynamic environments and bring a proactive, safety‑first mindset to every task. To Excel In This Role, You Will Need Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Tertiary Degree in Surveying Experience in underground mine surveying (gold preferred) Proficiency in Deswik, MSO, Leica instruments, CMS, Trimble GPS Experience with both surface and underground drones would be an advantage Grade 1 certification (or working towards) - desirable WA C Class driver’s licence and National Police Clearance Why Ramelius?
