The restaurant caters for all group sizes whether in our indoor dining areas, private, discreetdining or the gorgeous outdoor garden area. The venue is also a popular choice for functions andevents and offers lives music. The Role We are now seeking a talent and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team. Working in a well-established kitchen, planning, preparing and serving quality Italian cuisine with amodern coastal twist, your responsibilities will include: Menu development and specials Preparing and cooking high quality Italian food Portion control and wastage Organising, stocktaking and ordering for the section Communicating with restaurant management and front of house staff Working as apart of a team in a busy, commercial kitchen Ensuring staff compliance with HACCAP regulations and safety standards The ideal candidate will have: Relevant qualifications no less than a Diploma level, plus 1-year, full time relevantemployment experience Knowledge and passion for contemporary and traditional Italian cuisine Ability and experience to work autonomously in a fast-paced commercial kitchen with atalented kitchen staff Flexibility with work split shift, including evenings and weekends Demonstrated strong customer focus If you are looking for a great opportunity with fabulous lifestyle, this may be the role for you.
