What You’ll Do Drive Per-Opening Sales Strategy Support the Director of Sales & Marketing in developing the complete opening sales plan Identify high-potential corporate, MICE, leisure, and group segments for launch Build an opening pipeline and secure early business to ensure a strong day-one pickup Build Market Presence Before We Open Conduct practice sales calls, site tours, sales blitzes, and client engagements Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and community functions Partner with marketing to support opening campaigns, digital activation, and brand-building activities Lead Revenue-Generating Activities Negotiate corporate contract, groups rates, and long-term partnership Create proposals, RFP responses, and sales presentations that win Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand shifts to adjust strategy as needed Shape Commercial Foundations Contribute to sales SOPs, CRM setup, reporting standards, and
