WHS Advisor

The Role As the Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Advisor, you will be responsible for leading WHS functions and supporting site leaders across all farm and pack shed operations in the Mildura Hub. Your key focus will be building a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Partner with leaders to drive WHS compliance and safety initiatives across farms and packing facilities Provide coaching and leadership to managers, WHS Committees, and Health & Safety Representatives Monitor, analyze, and investigate reported injuries, incidents, and near misses Ensure corrective actions are implemented to minimize risks Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and safety audits Lead Return to Work programs, working closely with injured workers and medical professionals Support the implementation of safety management systems and WHS strategic plans Manage and improve site inductions for employees, contractors, and visitors Drive health and wellbeing initiatives for seasonal workers, including Pacific Labour Scheme participants Engage with stakeholders at all levels to promote continuous safety improvements About You We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced WHS professional who can lead by example and drive a proactive safety culture.
